National Agricultural Technology Extension and Service Center (NATESC), an agency within the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, was created in 1995 by combining the former National Seed Station, National Soil and Fertilizer Station, National Plant Protection Station and National Agricultural Technology Extension Station into a single agency and has 22 divisions.
